Hey, I’m Josh Allen—husband, dad of four, and the founder of TrueSonder.
TrueSonder was born from my own journey with anxiety, a battle I’ve faced for over a decade. There were times when I felt alone in it, like no one could truly understand what was going on inside my head. But along the way, I realized something powerful—we all carry unseen struggles, and yet, we’re all deeply connected.
That’s why I created TrueSonder. This brand isn’t just about clothing; it’s about meaning, empathy, and reminding people that they are never alone. Every piece is designed to encourage authenticity and self-acceptance, to be a quiet reminder that your story matters.
